Mission Statement

  • To improve educational outcomes for children and youth with all disabilities (emotional, learning, mental, and physical).

  • To provide educational and instructional youth sports programs to at-risk youth that will help to achieve success at school and within the communities where they live

About Our Program

Just-Us-Kidz, Inc. Parent Resource Center provides training and information to parents of infants, toddlers, children, and youth with disabilities and to professionals who work with children.   This assistance helps parents to participate more effectively with professionals in meeting the educational needs of children and youth with disabilities.

Our Youth Sports Programs are designed to provide structured sports and enrichment activities for at-risk children ages 5-18.   In addition to various sporting and physical activities, participants will receive information on:  drug and alcohol prevention, nutrition, career opportunities, computers, higher education, and community concerns.

SES helps students catch up in important subjects like reading, language arts, and mathematics.  The services may include tutoring, after-school classes, weekend classes, or summer classes.

How would my child qualify?

  • Your child attends a Title 1 school that has not made Adequate Yearly Progress for two or more consecutive years, and

  • Your Child qualifies for free or reduced-price lunch

What is the deadline for enrolling my child in SES?

  • Open Enrollment! There are a limited number of openings at each school, so an early start gives your child a better opportunity to participate.

What are a parent/guardian’s responsibilities for SES?

  • Enroll your child in SES 

  • Talk with the SES provider and your child’s teacher about the academic goals for your child.

  • Arrange transportation to pick up your child-On Time

  • Make sure your child ATTENDS every tutoring session.

  • Keep in touch with the provider to check on your child’s progress

"Co-parenting, Two Parents and Two Homes" A court approved class offered 2 times per month. The cost is $40.00 per person/$80.00 for two. The is a 4 hour class (9:00 am - 4::00 pm).
